RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to provide an exchange or within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, in the original condition and with all tags still attached. Please do not spray perfume or wear perfume when trying on clothes. If returned clothes smell strongly of perfume, We will not be able to exchange them.  Returns that do not meet this policy or arrive after the 7 day period will be sent back. We are not responsible for shipping costs.

There can be no exchange or refund on earrings, ear cuffs, hand lotion, hand soap or body wash for hygiene reasons. 

Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned goods for us to process any credit note due. This may change during busy periods.

Please return your items with the original invoice or a note with your name/order number to Lulabelle, 31 George’s street lower, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, Ireland.
